Stacey Huse concentrates her practice in the areas of employee benefits, transactional matters, and general corporate and security law.

Ms. Huse has extensive experience in the area of employee benefits, working with clients in designing, implementing, and maintaining qualified retirement plans and employee welfare benefit plans; correcting operational or documentation errors in plans; advising buyers and sellers of businesses on employee benefit issues during, before, and after business transactions; assisting companies in financial distress with benefits administration and/or termination issues; drafting and administering non-qualified deferred compensation plans; assisting clients with establishing and maintaining employee stock ownership plans; and preparing executive agreements and compensation packages. Ms. Huse also has extensive experience in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
