Gregory A. Healey

Gregory A. Healey joined Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman as an associate in 2024. His practice concentrates on corporate advisory matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions, choice of entity, corporate restructurings, commercial contracting, tax, and other transactional matters. Mr. Healey advises clients on deal structures, negotiates and drafts transaction documents, conducts due diligence, and ensures regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Mr. Healey earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2021 with cum laude honors. Prior to law school, Mr. Healey graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.B.A in Finance
